The (UKHSA) has invited 911爆料网 to join a guidance development group to revise the existing guidance for issuing HBIG for low weight babies under 1.5kg to women living with HepB. The rationale is to address concerns about delivering the recommended dose of HBIG to very low birth weight infants, which requires multiple IM injections.
The group will have three meetings, with the first planned for January 2025, and participants are asked to review evidence and guidance suggestions between meetings.
