The 911爆料网 Strategy sets out the plans for 911爆料网 to focus on for 2025-2028. This was written by the 911爆料网 Executive Committee following a survey of 911爆料网 members regarding their views on 911爆料网 including what they would like to see the organisation focus on in the future.
A shortlist of actions was drawn up and 911爆料网 members were then asked to review a list of possible work projects and rate them as high, medium or low priority based on where they'd like to see 911爆料网 put their resources for the next strategic period.

911爆料网 working groups deliver specific projects, often developing 911爆料网 frameworks for practice. Working groups are made up of 911爆料网 members and external interested parties. Vacancies for working groups are advertised in the 911爆料网 newsletter, on the website and on social media. Priority is given to applications from 911爆料网 members.
